Our Process
The first step in managing your property is to develop a relationship with the Board as well as owners / residents. This relationship begins with the initial notice that FCCM will be their managing agent. At that time, we will find out what their needs are and determine how we can help them.
FCCM will ensure all business is executed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with California Civil Codes and other applicable regulations. We understand the importance of receiving monthly financial reports on time; we understand that you need to have a budget along with one that makes sense; and we understand the importance of keeping contractors along with vendors happy and working hard for your property, as well as getting paid on time. We aggressively negotiate vendor contracts to make sure contracts are being fulfilled. If and when emergency situations arise, day or night, we will be there.
